This Privacy Policy describes how Prince Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company operating Stout Advisory (“the Service”), collects, uses, and protects information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Email address -- provided when you request an assessment or contact us. Used to deliver your compliance report and communicate about the engagement.
- Domain name -- the website URL you submit for scanning.
- Website editor access -- if you purchase the done-for-you remediation, you grant us collaborator access to your website through your platform's built-in invitation system (WordPress staff account, Shopify staff member, Wix collaborator, etc.). We do not request or store your login credentials. You control and can revoke this access at any time.
- Payment information -- collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details. We receive a Stripe customer ID and payment status.
- Contact messages -- name, email, and message content submitted via email.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs -- IP address, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamps. Retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.
Scan output
Accessibility scan findings, compliance reports, fix guides, and PDF exports are stored locally on our infrastructure. Reports are delivered to you via email attachment.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To run the accessibility audit you requested and deliver your compliance report.
- To perform remediation work on your website if you purchase the done-for-you service.
- To send transactional emails: report delivery, engagement updates, payment confirmations.
- To respond to support and contact requests.
- To detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and maintain security.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Cold Email Outreach
We may contact business owners at publicly available email addresses to offer a free accessibility assessment of their website. These emails are commercial communications sent in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes our physical mailing address and clear instructions to unsubscribe. If you request removal, we will add your address to our suppression list within 48 hours and you will not receive further communications.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We share data only with providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe -- payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Resend -- transactional email delivery.
- MillionVerifier -- email address validation (verifies deliverability only; no email content is shared).
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law or valid legal process.
6. Data Retention
- Website editor access -- you revoke our collaborator access after remediation is complete. We do not retain any access to your website.
- Scan reports and findings -- retained unless you request deletion.
- Contact information -- retained while relevant to an active engagement; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Server logs -- up to 90 days.
- Payment records -- retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@prince-holdings.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If cookies are used in the future for essential site functionality, this policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults and businesses only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
10. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Scan data is stored on locally controlled infrastructure. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email admin@prince-holdings.com.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
